    Health Buddy Dawai Wala

    At Health Buddy Dawai Wala (Home Delivery Department), we take utmost care to ensure that all medicines and healthcare products are processed, packed, and delivered correctly as per your order and valid prescription.
    We strongly recommend that customers check all items at the time of delivery.

    Definitions

    CANCEL / CANCELLATION

    “Cancellation” refers to cancelling an order before it has been shipped or dispatched from Health Buddy Dawai Wala.

    • Orders can be cancelled only until dispatch
    • Once the order is shipped/dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

    RETURN

    “Return” means giving back the product ordered from the Health Buddy Dawai Wala website or app by the customer.

    When Can a Return Be Requested?

    A return request may be accepted only in the following cases:

    • Product(s) delivered do not match your order
    • Product(s) delivered are expired or near expiry
      (Medicines with less than 3 months remaining expiry are considered near expiry)
    • Product(s) delivered are damaged during transit
      (Do not accept delivery if seal is broken or tampered)

    Important Notes

    • If the product is damaged, please do not accept the delivery
    • If damage is discovered after opening the package, you may raise a return request
    • Replacement depends on product availability
      • If replacement is not possible, refund will be issued

    Return Request Timeline

    • Return requests must be raised within 3 (three) days of delivery
    • Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted
    • Health Buddy Dawai Wala reserves the right to reject late requests

    Verification & Approval

    • All return/refund requests are verified for authenticity
    • If found genuine:
      • Return pickup or refund process is initiated
    • Refunds are processed only after vendor confirmation, wherever applicable

    ⚠️ In case of false or unjustified complaints, Health Buddy Dawai Wala reserves the right to take appropriate legal action. Any associated costs will be borne by the customer.

    Returns Not Accepted In Following Cases

    • Wrong product ordered by customer
    • Batch number of returned product does not match invoice
    • Change in prescription after ordering
    • Product not in original manufacturer packaging
    • Missing price tags, labels, barcode, or invoice
    • Partially consumed or opened strips
    • Only fully unopened, undamaged products are eligible

    Return Process

    To initiate a return request:

    📞 Customer Care Hours:
    10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

    Once request is received:

    • Our support team will verify the claim within 72 business hours
    • If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged
    • Product must be packed in original manufacturer packaging

    Refund Timeline

    • Refunds will be completed within 30 days from the date of reverse pickup (if applicable)
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
