1. Introduction

Chymonet-AP tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug commonly prescribed for the treatment of pain, inflammation, and swelling in orthopedic, dental, and musculoskeletal conditions. It combines NSAIDs, antipyretics, and enzymes to enhance pain relief and tissue healing.

2. Composition

Each tablet generally contains:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg) – NSAID that reduces inflammation and pain.

• Paracetamol (325 mg) – Reduces pain and fever.

• Trypsin-Chymotrypsin (50000 AU) – Enzymes that reduce edema and improve healing.
