1. Introduction

SITAGLYS D3 100/10/500 Tablet is a combination anti-diabetic drug used for managing Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in adults. It is generally prescribed when diet, exercise, or other medicines alone cannot adequately control blood sugar levels.
