1. Introduction

Sitadiet‑DM 10/500/500 Tablet is a triple-combination antidiabetic drug used along with diet control and exercise to manage Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
It provides better glycemic control by acting through three different mechanisms.

• Sitagliptin – 100 mg
