Netalo Oph Sol 0.2% is an ophthalmic (eye) solution used to reduce intra-ocular pressure (IOP) in patients with glaucoma or ocular hypertension. It contains Netarsudil 0.2%, a Rho-kinase inhibitor that works by increasing the drainage of aqueous humor through the trabecular meshwork, thereby lowering eye pressure.

Netalo Oph Sol 0.2% is a prescription ophthalmic medication used in the treatment of open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension, conditions where the pressure inside the eye becomes abnormally high. Increased intraocular pressure can damage the optic nerve and lead to vision loss if untreated.
