Dapabless 10 mg Tablet contains Dapagliflozin 10 mg, an oral antidiabetic medicine belonging to the SGLT2 inhibitor class. It is also used to reduce the risk of hospitalization for heart failure and to help slow the progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in appropriate patients.
