Histafree Syrup is an anti-allergic syrup containing Fexofenadine, a second-generation antihistamine. It is used to relieve symptoms of allergies such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, itching, and hives (urticaria).

Composition
Each 5 mL of Histafree Syrup commonly contains Fexofenadine 30 mg. (Check the product label for the exact strength.)
Mechanism of Action
Histafree Syrup blocks H1 histamine receptors, preventing histamine from causing allergy symptoms such as itching, sneezing, watery eyes, skin rashes, and nasal congestion.
