Teltan-H generally contains:

Mechanism of Action:
Telmisartan blocks the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that causes blood vessels to tighten. This results in blood vessel relaxation and improved blood flow. Hydrochlorothiazide increases urine production, reducing excess fluid volume and helping lower blood pressure.
