Composition: Diclofenac diethylamine 1.16% w/w

Category: Topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)

Indications: Pain relief in musculoskeletal conditions (sprains, strains, arthritis, back pain)

Dosage: Apply a thin layer 2–3 times daily to affected area

Mechanism of Action: Inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes → reduces prostaglandin synthesis → decreases inflammation and pain

Side Effects: Mild skin irritation, itching, redness; rarely rash

Precautions: Avoid broken skin; wash hands after application; avoid contact with eyes/mucous membranes
