DUPBAC 20 Capsule (generic duloxetine 20 mg) belongs to the serotonin‑norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) class of antidepressants. It acts on the nervous system to increase the levels of serotonin and norepinephrine, natural chemicals that help control mood, anxiety, and pain perception.
