Description

ESPIN-TM Tablet contains S-Amlodipine 2.5 mg + Telmisartan 40 mg. It is an antihypertensive medicine used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It helps lower blood pressure, improves blood flow, and reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.Dosage

Take ESPIN-TM Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Do not stop taking the medicine without consulting your doctor, even if you feel well.

Common Side Effects

• Dizziness
• Headache
• Ankle or foot swelling
• Nausea
• Diarrhea
• Sleepiness
• Flushing
• Palpitations (occasionally)

Precautions

• Inform your doctor if you have liver disease, kidney disease, or heart problems.
• Avoid alcohol as it may increase the blood pressure-lowering effect.
• Rise slowly from sitting or lying positions to reduce dizziness.
• Regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and potassium levels may be required.
• Do not use during pregnancy unless specifically advised by your doctor.
