Description

1. Introduction

ISRYL M2 FORTE tablet is a combination anti-diabetic medicine used for the treatment of Type-2 diabetes mellitus in adults when blood sugar is not adequately controlled by diet, exercise, or single-drug therapy.

It contains two medicines:

• Glimepiride – a sulfonylurea that increases insulin release from the pancreas.

• Metformin – a biguanide that decreases glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.

2. Composition

• Glimepiride – 2 mg

• Metformin Hydrochloride – 1000 mg
